There are a lot of different plants that can be used as natural remedies. The first plant is chamomile. The common ailments that the chamomile can be used to treat is an upset stomach, cramps, and even the stomach flu. This is why most of the time, when a person is sick at their stomach, they are going to drink a lot of chamomile tea. But the chamomile can also be used for menstrual cramps and help a person to fall asleep. This is because the chamomile is considered an antimicrobial agent so sometimes it can be used to treat infections.

The second plant is white echinacea. White echinacea is going to help your immune system so that you can fight off the flu, colds, bronchitis, and a variety of infections. This is because it is going to increase the activity of your white blood cells, which will raise your level of interferon, and is stimulate your blood cells. Most of the time, the white echinacea is going to be able to stop a cold dead in its tracks. It is also going to increase the amount of substances that your body is going to need so that it can naturally fight cancer and other diseases.

The third plant is gingko. Gingko can be used to improve a person’s memory and circulation. It helps a person’s circulation by dilating the person’s blood vessels. If a person does not have good circulation, then they are going to be depression, have a lot of memory loss, and their hearing might not be so well. Therefore, all of these things are going to improve if you take gingko on a daily basis. Gingko can also help to strengthen some of the vessels in the brain and promote the action of the neurotransmitters in the brain.

The fourth plant is ginseng. Ginseng can be used if you are fatigued or stressed out. Therefore, it can help your body to get back to normal. Most of the time, a person is not going to feel normal after they have had the flu or a cold so the ginseng is going to help them to feel better. It can also help a person reduce their fever that is going to come with the flu.

The fifth plant is St. John’s Wort. St. John’s Wort can help to relieve some of the problems that a person might have with their muscles. It can also help decrease some of the symptoms that a person might have when they are anxious or depressed. Sometimes a person who has a strain, sprain, or a contusion, then are going to be given the St. John Wort. This is because it is an anti-inflammatory since it has bioflavonoids in it. Therefore, it can be given to a person who has swollen veins. A pregnant lady can rub the St. John’s Wort on their belly and breasts to help prevent any stretch marks. It can also be used for many aches and hemorrhoids.
