Barbequing is one of America’s favorite traditions, most families like to barbeque during the summer some even during the winter.  I think most people agree that barbeque is mainly for football season when you have your friends and family over to watch games.  Most people will barbeque wings and hot dogs.  But there is a variety that you can barbeque such as pork chops, hamburgers and even veggie kabobs.  One important thing that helps when you barbeque is line your grill with aluminum foil, then spray it with pam, it’s a nonstick spray.  This will help the food not stick to the grill and also ensures easy clean up.

There are a ton of barbeque recipes out there but there are a few I would like to share with you.  One is barbeque wings.  Take a 5 pound bag of wings, thaw.  Make a mixture of ½ tablespoon of seasoned salt, ½ tablespoon of garlic salt, and ¼ teaspoon of pepper and 1 cup of flour.  In a small bowl combine 1 egg and 3 tablespoons of milk, stir. Dip chicken  in liquid mixture, then dip it in flour mixture throw on grill and cook for about 10 minutes or until chicken is done.  Another recipe is for hamburgers you simply patty them up throw on desired seasonings and put barbeque sauce on them after they are done.

Another recipe is veggie kabobs-  First gather 10 mushrooms slice into 4 different pieces, gather 5 tomatoes and slice horizontally stick them with a toothpick and grill for 5 minutes.  You can also add different vegetables as well.  One of the most famous recipes is for pork steaks.  Have desired amount of pork steaks season to taste, some would recommend seasoned salt, meat tenderizer and pepper.  Put on grill for about 15 minutes, then throw barbeque sauce on them and let cook for an additional 5 minutes.  There are many recipes out there for barbeque each family will have their own recipe.
