Harbajan Singh is India's fantastic offspin bowler. His full name is Harbajan Singh Plaha and he was a captain of IPL Mumbai Indians and Ranji Trophy 2012 to 2013 season in the Punjab state. His major teams are India, Mumbai Indians, Surrey, Asia XI, India Green, Punjab and Lancashire. His batting and bowling styles  is right hand and right arm off break. He took 400 Test Wickets, this is the best achievement of Harbajan.  Muttiah Muralitharan is the number one wicket takers, he took 800 wickets. Harbajan is the second highest wicket takers. In 1997, he started to play his match for Punjab in Ranji Trophy. He was qualified for the Australian tour in the year 1999 as the position of second spinner. He played for India against an Australia team in the Border Gavaskar Trophy and he took 3 wickets. In Second series against Australia, he took the wickets of Ponting, Shane and Gilchrist and got the first Indian player Test Wicketer title.

He was represented in the Asia Cup Tournament in 2004, he took 4 consecutive wickets in four matches. He bagged four times Man of the Match award and two times he got the Man of the Series award. He played first World Cup in 2007 and also ICC World Twenty20 Match. Harbajan Singh not able to play frequently because of injuries. He scored number eight batsman who scored 150 runs in the Test series against New Zealand.  In Twenty20 Match, he got 77.2 ratings and placed in 1st position in Most Valuable Player ratings. Harbajan Singh profile has lots of awards list. He got Sikh Sportsperson of the Year in the World Cup 2011. He received the most prestigious award 'Padma Shri' by the Indian Government for taking 300 test wickets. He has played 99 tests, 229 ODI's, 25 T20I, 121 Twenty20, 297 List A matches and 177 First Class. He got Ravichandran Ashwin Award by BCCI and also IBN Heroes Awards at CNN. He got Special honor award by the BCCI in the year 2008.

Indian Cricket Team has a second wonderful bowler after Murali.  In 2011, he missed the England Test Series because of spinal injury. In the year 2001, he took 32 wickets in 3 Tests. In 2008, Harbajan initially charged with insult which was reduced on appeal. In the year later 2008, he was banned from the IPL tournament for slapping his teammate Sreesanth. In August 2012, Harbajan Sigh recalled for the World T20 Tournament Match. He was playing World Cup in 1998.
