There are mainly two types of diabetes namely, Type 1 and Type 2. Type 1 diabetes treated with exercise, insulin and by following a proper diabetic diet. Whereas Type 2 treated first with reduction in weight, a diabetic diet, and exercise. Oral medication used, when these measures fail to control the increased level of blood sugar.
