Nobody wants start to their journey with a flight delay especially if it interferes with an important business meeting, special occasion or a holiday. But sometimes this may happen. • The tenure of delay must be three hours or more than that to be eligible for a claim. If delay is not delayed in excess of three hours, thenaclaim will cannot proceed.


• In case of connecting flights, number of hours delayed is counted reaching the final destination. Like if you fly to a destination A via destination B, if destination A flight departed 2 hours late and causedyou to miss andon-time connecting flight to destination A. You will be eligible to demand. But if you have booked tickets separately, then you will not be able to claim any money.


• It has to be the fault of the airline. Like a mechanical problem, staff problems, overbooking, or any hazard which is totally the fault of the airline company. The Flight Delay Refunds is not countable when delay is causeddue to some other reason other than airlines fault. Like for example:
