Yogeshwar Dutt is one of the great Indian Wrestler after Sushil Kumar. He was born on November 2nd 1982. He trained wrestling from the age of 8 in his native Bhainswal Kalan. He made his presence in the country by his best performance at the Commonwealth games in 1998. In the Men's 60 Kilogram Freestyle Wrestling category, he won the bronze medal at the Summer London Olympics 2012. He also participated in India in Sixty Kg wrestling freestyle at the Beijing Olympics 2008. He lost the 2008 Summer Olympics, against Kenichi of Japan 3-6 in the quarterfinals of freestyle category was held at Jeju City in South Korea. In 2010 Commonwealth games he bagged Gold Medal was held at Delhi. In 2003 commonwealth Championship event also he won the Gold Medal for 60kg category of freestyle. In 2006 also he bagged Bronze medal at Doha 15th Asian games for the same event. He beat the Kazakhstan  Baurzhan with 8-3 points in the pre-quarterfinals. In 2013, he got the most prestigious 'Padma Shri' and Rajiv Gandi Khel Ratan award by the Indian Government.

In the year 2004 Athens Olympics he took part in Men's Freestyle 55kg category and stood the 18th rank. His major achievements were 5th place in 2006 world championship, 16th place in 2007, he was in 5th and 18th place at the Asian Games in 2005 and 2007. In London 30th summer Olympics 2012, India got the memorable bronze medal by Dutt in Men's freestyle 60kg against North Korean RI Jong in just 1:02 minutes. Yogeshwar Dutt was awarded 1 crore (Dollar 182,000) cash prize and gave the land worth Rs. 25 crore  from the Government of Haryana, he rewarded INR 50 lakh from Rajasthan  government and PSU bank gave 4 X 4 vehicles. The Sushil Kumar is number one Indian wrestler won silver in the 2012 Olympics. The Yogeshwar Dutt profile was more popular when he got the silver in 2005 commonwealth. He totally got 5 Gold, 2 Silver and 2 Bronze in his wrestling career.

WFI is  organizing the events of 2013 Senior Asian Freestyle, Female Wrestling Championship and Greco Roman Style at New Delhi starting from 18th - 22nd of April.
