Workplace Safety consists of different procedures, drills, exercises as well as continuous practices of the different scenarios to keep every single person within the workplace safe and alive. Everyone in the workplace is very important, from employer to employee. Everyone is important.

People usually don't take workplace safety so seriously because some think that there's a one in a million shot of it happening, why is it practiced some might wonder and the answer is simple: To prevent any possible accident from happening or if an accident has happened, everything that has been taught to you during the workplace safety drills can be employed to make sure that the situation can't get worse and everyone can get out the situation alive as well as calm.

Several people may wonder how are these different kinds of drills employed in the workplace safety training, the training comes in the form of elevator scenarios, like what a person could do if they got trapped on a elevator with someone especially if the other person in question is claustrophobic; there are techniques that can be used to keep the person calm until help arrives. There are also scenarios where people know what to do in case of a fire or electrical wiring issue that's could potentially put someone in danger, also, another way how these drills are employed are usually through demonstrations and experiments.

The general purpose of these exercises is to promote a safe workplace for everyone employee and boss alike so people stay happy and enjoy where they work, too many are the complaints from people about people not caring about where they work.

Besides the employees, the various workplace safety drills and procedures are mostly and always meant for the boss of that corporation because it's his job to make sure that all of this employees are safe and know what to do and when to do it. There has been a huge threat of litigation over workplace safety and that is why workplace safety is practiced in places where a huge number of people work so as to avoid any litigation issue that could arise.

In conclusion, workplace safety isn't just one person's responsibility, it's everyone's responsibility because keeping people safe and happy is priority number one.
