The validity for this visa is 3 months on a single entry for a fee of Rs. 3600 and 6 months or 1 year for multiple entries on a fee of Rs.9000. For an additional Rs.300, you can have the visa and passport couriered to your home address. However, the fees and charges are non refundable, even if the application is refused or withdrawn. The advantage of getting a business visa for Thailand is that you can enter the country multiple times without any restrictions. You can stay in the country for not more than 90 days with each visit. You are allowed to apply for extension that can last for consecutive year. However, this relies solely on the decision of the Officer at the Immigration bureau in Thailand.
Work permit

Once you reach the country you must apply for a work permit. To legally work in Thailand, a work permit states your position, current occupation, or job description and also serves as a license to perform a job or an occupation allowed for outside citizens inside Thailand.
