Sharmila Nicollet is an Indo French Golfer  from India, Bangalore. When she studied at school she was the state level athlete and also she was a swimming champion and she was the former national level sub Junior swimming champion. She bagged over 72 gold and silver medals in state and national level competitions in the year 1997 to 2001. Nicollet learned gold in 2002. Very soon she won her 1st tournament at the age of 15. She is the youngest and talented Indian Golfer  qualified for the Ladies European Tour 2012. She has represented India many games at the Asian Pacific Junior Gold tournament, the Asian Games, the Malaysian Open and many other international tournaments. Nicollet took a step as a professional Golfer in the year of 2009. She won the Order of Merit Game in 2009 to 2010. In 2008, she was the youngest lady Golfer to win the All India Ladies Amateur Championship.

She participated at Hero Honda Women's Indian Open and finished her Indian Golfer at the T23 tournament. Sharmila won the Hero Golf title on the Hero Women's Pro Golf tour 2013 held at Bombay Presidency Golf Club. She played against Kolkata Golfer Neha. She scored 221 points whereas Neha leads two points of Sharmila with 223. Smriti scored 216, Rani got 222, Vani crabbed 225 and finally  Saaniya Sharma was in 6th place with 226. She gained unforgettable experience at the2010  Ladies Asian Tour Events in Thailand, Indonesia and China. Sharmila Nicollet profile  was so popular when she won the All India Amateur Championship in Ladies category. She won the Champion title of the 2012 Hero KGA tournament. Her current coach Tarun Sardesi and past coach Gaurav.  She is the Member of Indian National Golf team and she was the number 1 ranked in the Indian Junior level category Golfer in 2005 to 2007. Aditi shared her lead with Sharmila in European tour. The Cash price for the winners of the European Tour is Rs. 2,62,500.

The National Indian Golf Academy  has the energetic and talented Golf players such as Vani Kappor, Rani Sonti, Neha Tripati, Smitiri Mehra, Saanya Sharma and Aditi. The Indian Golf Union has conducted many tournaments for the players to achieve good ranking in Gold ranking list. In 2012, More than 50 Women Indian Golfers were practiced in domestic Tours in Srinagar, Royal Springs Golf Course. The upcoming events National Inter School Golf Trophy announced by Indian Golf Union on April 23, 2013 held at Qutab Gold Course.
