Cooking pizza is a very easy task to do, yet very hard to make to perfection. Many people think that pizza is made by simply buying a pizza base and just slap some sauce, cheese, and toppings on, and just put it in the oven. No, certainly not. In this article, you will learn to make pizza dough, make pizza sauce, and learn to make pizza with it.
Materials for dough:
All purpose flower-4 cups
Yeast- 1 packet
Water- 3/4 cup
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 2 teaspoons
Oil- 3 tablespoons

Tomato Sauce for Pizza:
One can of tomato's crushed
Salt- to taste
Sugar- 3 teaspoons
Any toppings you want ex. fresh basil leaves, crushed peppers, onions, Italian seasonings.

To make the dough, first take the warm water and mix in the yeast and sugar. Mix it thoroughly making sure there is not too many lumps. Now cover it with something and get a big bowl. Put all the dry ingredients(flour and salt) and mix it good. Now add the oil and mix it again. Next add in the water with the yeast in it. The water should be foamy. Slowly make it into a nice dough. Put the dough in a dry place and cover it for about an hour. It should have rose double its size.

Now is the time to make the tomato sauce. Crush the tomato's until there is a paste. Add some water, salt, and sugar. Stir it good and get it into a nice boil. Add in the chosen toppings at this time. Mix thoroughly again. Next, let it boil on medium high for about 10-20 minutes, stirring every 2-3 minutes.

After the pizza sauce is made, preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Put the pizza dough onto pizza pans and put the sauce, cheese, and desirable toppings on. Next put it in the oven for about 25 minutes.
