World of Warcraft - A World of Magic and Adventure
One of the most enduring and popular computer games of the last 10 years is World of Warcraft by Blizzard Entertainment. With a subscriber base of over 10 million players world wide, it is a favorite with kids and adults. The game is an immersive role-playing game that takes players to a fantasy world called Azeroth. The world is populated with dwarves, elves, orcs, humans and many more races. It a land filled with magic and adventure. Players choose from several different races and professions to create their character. Players can choose to be warriors, wizards, priests or hunters. The finished character is placed in a very detailed and interactive world.
The players interact with many different non-players characters in the game and embark on quests. The quests range from talking to other characters, collecting items and exploring the game world.
